Portuguese Language Support
Our platform now supports Portuguese, both in guest communications and in the guest app interface. This makes it easier for properties to connect with Portuguese-speaking travelers and create a smoother guest journey in their own language.
Retargeting
A retargeting feature has been introduced. Guests who click the upselling link but leave before completing an action can now be re-engaged automatically. Hotels decide how long Sponteous should wait before sending a personalized follow-up message.
Improved Message Sequencing
We’ve improved message sequencing as well. Users can now build their ideal communication flow with greater ease, ensuring that the right message reaches the guest at the right time.
Slack Integration
Another addition is our Slack integration. Hotels can receive orders and bids directly in Slack and even accept or decline offers without leaving the platform. This makes the upselling process faster and more seamless for operational teams.
Dynamic Shortlinks
Dynamic shortlinks are now available, allowing Sponteous links to be integrated through any communication tool.
Date Restrictions for Extras
We have introduced date restrictions for extras. Hotels can now set rules for specific days of the week or apply restrictions to certain dates, such as recurring events or blackout periods, ensuring offers remain relevant and well-timed.
